Administration & Documents Control Management (Internal Control)
Role and Responsibilities

Responsible to compliance with all documents’ organization and control internally for the company
-
Position with top confidentiality for documents and records about performance of the company
-
Have the Financial records on a timing file.

Have the Expenses records organized by customers service area and timing
-
Culture of Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement for having a Great Place to Work

Lead by example on daily activities commitment, coaching and mentoring peers and co-workers
-
Close work with Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for having all records required on time
-
Communicate and feedback to Project Manager and General Foreman about any violation in documents receipts or records required.

Compliance and record review with daily requirements (Tickets) to achieve customer needs and reporting.

Build and manage excellent relationships with peer departments in the company.

Management and report to Board Directors about scheduled reviews and audits performed
-
Scheduled reviews with Billing & Expense Control, Payroll and Human Resource areas responsible to compliance records to discuss and feedback any opportunity as part of Continuous Improvement.

Collaborate with other departments or business units and adhere to Quality Philosophy, Safety and Sequoias Tree Expert LLC policies.

Manage 5S’s strategy for all documents (Sort, Set in order, shine, Standardize, Maintain)

Lead audits and reviews with Board Management according to Key Performance Indicators

Develop and drive action plans to improve performance.

Develop on professional matter information and reports.
Requirements:
-
Two years of experience as Administrative Manager, Compliance Manager, Document Specialist or related.

Academic training or experience must include at least two years of documentary compliance
